US Fire Administration

Synthesis operated the National Fire Academy (NFA) Training Evaluation Center for many years prior to it being insourced to the Department of Homeland Security ‘s Federal Emergency Management Administration. We were responsible for coordinating, implementing, managing, and supporting NFA course testing as well as providing comprehensive support for the NFA’s end-of-course (Level 1) and long-term (Level 3) data collection and reporting for all on-campus, off-campus, and distance learning courses, along with US Fire Academy conference/symposium activities.
